This has been stolen. I recently purchased some stickers with Louis Waine paintings on them. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BT4D846S?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details&th=1 I looked at one and was like, "This looks like that cat from Pokemon. This has got to be stolen fanart." And it was. I reported it too.
